Outline Agenda

State of the nation – Twitter was ten years old in March. It started here. In 2016 what does a twitter developer community meetup need to accomplish. How can we make ourselves and our projects more successful. What are the benefits of twitter technologies including @Fabric and @Gnip and the hundreds of @TwitterOSS technologies and more importantly why will some of our projects that use these technologies take off and others fail.

• Open Source at Twitter – We will quickly review all the open source technologies Twitter has for developers and conduct a poll of the audience to set an outline set of topics to cover in more detail in future meetups

• Open mike – (All) Present for 4 minutes on your project or app, demo for one minute. Maximum 3 slides. (Slides to be sent no later than 24 hours before the event)

Networking – Plenty of time to talk to fellow developers.

Community notes and queries – Open discussion,  questions you need answers to, information you are looking for.

This is meetup group is for developers using technologies provided by Twitter and is supported by Twitter but independently organised by Angus Fox (@nuxnix) and Gen Ashley (@coderinheels).
