A ton of cool stuff has happened in the last few months.  Join us @TwitterLA for updates from the TwitterDev team on their product roadmap as well as the Twitter DM API. 

We're honored and excited to also host Piptook and GumGum for an interactive panel on the innovative use of Twitter's APIs. Of course we'll have some tasty food, drink and the usual fun socializing, as well! 

Harrison Neff - Twitter

The Future of the Twitter API & Direct Messaging 101: building on the Twitter DM API

Harrison Neff (@Harris_0n) is a Partner Engineer at Twitter supporting the Gnip Apis.  He graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in finance and Information systems and came to Twitter after leaving his role as a commodities futures trader.  He is an avid music fan and is currently in the process of teaching himself how to code to better aid Gnip customers. 

Brian Kim - GumGum

Brian Kim is the Vice President of Product at GumGum, an Artificial Intelligence company with focus in Computer Vision, and brings more than 10 years of experience in digital advertising. He is responsible for product development and strategy for GumGum's products. He has led the launch of GumGum Sports, a division within GumGum that applies Computer Vision technology to social posts and TV broadcast to identify, analyze, and measure sports sponsorships. Brian holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and is a native of Los Angeles.

Ben Tubey - Piptook

Working in the digital technologies for 20+ years specializing and leading in social and digital strategies, guiding and advising many companies and government agencies though this time. Ben has focused on the defining value between social athlete investment and podium athletes and ROI’s on brand sponsorship for teams and their owners for the last 9 years using social data. Founded Corecaster Ltd, owners of Piptook in 2015, working with companies such as Monster Energy, Fox Racing, Optus, MX Vice and more specialising in athlete and brand sponsor valuations. The Corecaster team is now spending a lot of time working with high profile athletes on their social strategies within Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks, California within its athlete full circle insight center.
